However, Annandale Community can celebrate 25 Years of Festival in White's Creek Valley by taking a walk, organising a picnic or play "on grass" in the valley on last Sunday in August ie Sunday 31st (not 24th)August 2025. Visit the food forest or the turtles in Wetland.

The festival was initially close to Environment Day 5 June. After first festival had to be relocated to Leichhardt Town Hall, a new event co-ordinator moved the outdoor festival to the last Sunday in August. It would have been held for 25th time on Sunday 31 Aug 2025.

At C!AO Magazine fashion Parade Salon Rita demonstrated that with "care and thoughtfulness", even eco-warriors can become glamorous models in a c!ao Fashion Parade.

Leichhardt and Marrickville Council have been absorbed into Inner West Council. Nina Gbor adding a bit of Glamour to Textile Waste, ABC: War On Waste, EPA has mandated FOGO (Green Bins) and Bower has opened a Boutique Store is joined by re-place at Summer Hill Hub(former Ashfield Council Depot). Dress for Success and the And Marrickville's Green living centre as well Whirl E-Waste Drop Offs have found a home at the Summer Hill Hub.

Council’s annual eco event will focus on demonstrating and showcasing environmentally sustainable practices, as well as projects and programs developed by Council and local community groups. With entertainment, workshops and activities for the whole family, footprints ecofestival will also host product and information stalls and a variety of food and local and sustainable produce.

Stallholder & Performer Expressions of Interest
