Each book in this series is a self guided historical walk through Annandale. Each walk explores the people and construction of Annandale. Each book covers two decades of Annandales History a hundred years apart. The first book in the series, 1890s Annandale: A Short Walk, covers the 1790s and 1890s.

Progress Report

Currently finalising the workshops and all roving and mainstage entertainment is now booked. Local schools involved with an art exhibition on the day, many market stalls, bicycle polo display and much more for the kiddies and families.

Market Stall Applications Now Open.

Leichhardt Council is seeking Expressions of Interest for 'environmentally friendly' market stall holders.

Footprints Eco-Festival: Annual Event -The Footprints Eco-Festival is planned to be run a second year in 2011. Weather permitting, the festival will be held at Whites Creek Valley Park. The festival will include a range of workshops, activities, music, stalls and entertainment - all with a sustainability message. This event has become Council’s largest environmental engagement activity.
The aim of this event is to expose a broad spectrum of community members to a range of environmental topics simultaneously. - LMC Environment Committee Agenda March 2011
