1. Acknowledgement of Country by the Chair – I acknowledge the Gadigal & Wangal people of the Eora nation on whose country we are meeting today & their elders past & present.
2. Welcome to residents & Ward Councillors
3. Election of a Chairperson & Secretary for the year – chaired by G Gamble...More about Precinct Executive
4. Ward Councillors to give a short 3 minute outline of the issues & Council programs important for the Municipality & Annandale in particular for 2011
5. The meeting then opened for questions from residents. Each resident wishing to participate will be given a number by the Chair
6. Thanks to Councillors for their attendance & contribution to the meeting
7. Other business – March meeting in the past this meeting has been used to meet the Candidates for the State Election (need to note that there is a similar meeting Tues 8^th Feb Leichhardt Town Hall). There is also a request from the Leichhardt Chamber of Commerce to meet with the Precinct committee & Annandale businesses to discuss a cooperative venture with them.
